Cancellations with less than 35 days notice will incur $100 booking fee, with the balance being refunded. For cancellations within 14 days of a course commencing time no refunds are applicable.
The Academy cannot be held responsible for business conflicts, medical emergencies, cancelled flights, personal reasons, etc and exceptions cannot be made for any reason. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone any seminar in which case your payment will be transferable or refunded in full.
